Forum Launched for the Sarbanes-Oxley Act

The Sarbanes-Oxley Act was signed into law on July 30th 2002 by President Bush, and introduced highly significant legislative changes to corporate governance, with stringent new rules. These are intended to protect investors by improving the accuracy and reliability of corporate disclosure.
As companies have been give strict deadlines for full compliance, a great deal of activity is about to be embarked upon by all. The necessary changes, which are not trivial, must be understod, planned for, and finally implemented in a timely fashion.
To assist with this process, an interactive forum has this week been launched. The Sarbanes-Oxley Forum includes news, articles, an online discussion forum, an FAQ and various other free resources.
It is intended to provide a free public service... a portal turn to for those struggling to meet the demands of this most complex and demanding legislation.
