TellSafe Redesigns its Sarbanes-Oxley Website
by Anonymous

Henderson, NV February 16, 2004--The deadline for complying with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act is fast approaching. Public companies are required to comply by their first annual shareholders meeting held after January 14, 2004.

Section 301 requires audit committees to establish procedures for receiving anonymous complaints regarding their company's accounting practices.

TellSafe is an online service that provides an independent means of managing anonymous complaints. Employees of subscribing companies can register anonymous and confidential complaints over the internet or by calling a 24-hour toll-free hotline.

"Our goal is to make compliance effortless," said Robert Bohn, architect of the new website. "Many services over-complicate the subject with so much marketing hype and industry jargon, you don't know what they do or how they work."

"When we redesigned TellSafe, we insisted on taking an uncomplicated approach," Bohn continued. "Within 30 seconds of visiting our site, you'll know who we are, how our service works, and whether or not it's right for your company."

TellSafe was founded in 2003 in response to the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002. A one-year subscription to TellSafe costs $995.
